Johanne Fondrouge

President of Thèm concept, Johanne Fondrouge is a true human dynamo that has built a solid reputation for herself thanks to her great analytic mind and ability to “put herself in her client’s shoes”, thus always developing tailor-made solutions. Her leitmotiv: “Passion leads to action!”

Johanne Fondrouge has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and public relations. She has carried out numerous mandates, including marketing and communications strategic planning and market development for various start-up companies in Canada, the United States and Europe. She founded Thèm concept in 2007 and has since carried out several trade mission mandates and has helped a great number of companies setting up in foreign countries.

 Oksana Solovei

Oksana Solovei

Oksana Solovei graduated from the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University in New York City. She holds a Master Degree in International Affairs (MIA) with a major in Energy Management and Policy. Before studying at SIPA she worked for various media organizations in the Republic of Moldova as a political and economic correspondent, covering news from the Parliament, Government and Presidential House. She also worked as a country contributor for The Economist Intelligence Unit. Oksana travelled extensively to carry on professional assignments in Europe, Asia and North America.

 Eliane Oura

Eliane Oura

Eliane Oura is native of Brazil. She worked for more than seven years as a legal consultant on corporate and contractual law and M&A transactions. She helped entrepreneurs and companies interested in investing in Brazil to set up and develop their business, through the incorporation of subsidiaries, the creation of partnerships or the acquisition of Brazilian companies. Eliane holds a law degree and is currently a part-time student in a management graduate program at HEC Montréal. She possesses a great knowledge of North and South America’s markets.Her expertise includes aerospace, renewable energy, and food and beverage. Additionally, she holds a law degree and currently follows a part-time graduate program in management at HEC Montréal.

 Iris Cortes

Iris Cortes

Iris Cortes has a degree in business relationships with a concentration in marketing from the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico. For five years, she developed her knowledge of marketing strategies within Weight Watchers, where she served as marketing director. For her, customer service is an essential element in relations with clients; she believes that it helps build strong and enduring relationships, and is essential to the development of every project. Her work ethic and long-term involvement has enabled her to build solid foundations and causes her to be involved her in accomplishments within the company. Through her leadership and her strength of character, Iris has a non-standard tenacity which makes any project undertaken infallible.

 Michel Dalpé

Michel Dalpé

A graduate in Graphic Art & Design, Michel Dalpé is a highly creative individual who is passionate about his profession for over 18 years. His excellent abilities in image and color treatment, graphic conceptualization (print and Web) combined with his passion for typography have helped him accomplish numerous projects for renowned accounts such as Cirque du Soleil, Bell Canada, Hydro-Quebec, GE Capital, Rogers Media, Health Canada. He also gives workshops in digital imagery with Photoshop. On a personal note, he is very much interested in conception and production of electronic music.

 Nicole Duchesne

Nicole Duchesne

Holding a Bachelor degree in Translation and a certificate in Public Relations, Nicole Duchesne has over 25 years of experience as a writer, translator, editor and strategic planner. She has accomplished multiple projects for a variety of clients including several communication agencies as well as organizations in the public, private and charitable sectors. Her domains of expertise include art and culture, marketing and advertising, finance, information technology, media, tourism and telecommunication just to name a few.
